Executive coaching typically works with behavior, goals, and accountability. This work operates underneath that layer — at the level of identity architecture, nervous system patterns, and the somatic structures that generate behavior. The result is a different person performing.

It means I choose clients as carefully as they choose me. The work requires readiness — a genuine recognition that something structural is ready to shift. The application process is a conversation. It exists to protect the quality of the work.

Most clients experience their first significant recognition within the first 2–3 sessions. Structural shifts typically become undeniable within 60–90 days. This is a permanent reorganization. The results compound over months and years.

Both. Most ongoing work is virtual. The Immersion is fully in-person at a select location. The Inner Circle is primarily virtual with quarterly deep dive sessions. In-person intensives are available for private clients and announced periodically.

Investment varies by offering and is discussed during our initial conversation. The application is the first step — once we connect, I will share the details and we can determine what makes sense together.

The Inner Circle is a year-long group container — monthly sessions with Eugene, quarterly half-day deep dives, and direct access between sessions. It is for women who want ongoing depth and the compounding effect of sustained work in a small group of extraordinary women operating at the same level.

The conversation will make that clear. Most women arrive knowing they need this work but unsure which container is the right fit. That is exactly what the initial conversation is for — an honest, unhurried exchange about what you are navigating and which engagement matches it. There is no pressure and no wrong answer.
