The Inner Circle is a year-long container for a small group of women. Monthly group sessions led by Eugene. Direct access between sessions. Monthly Group Sessions
One full session each month — facilitated by Eugene, designed around what is alive in the room. These are not webinars. Direct Access
Between sessions, you have direct communication with Eugene for the moments that matter — a decision, a recognition, a shift that needs support before the next session. This is not unlimited coaching. It is the precise, timely access that makes the difference between insight and integration.

Quarterly Deep Dives
Four times a year, the group gathers for an extended session — a half-day immersion designed to go deeper than a monthly session allows. These are the sessions that produce the most significant breakthroughs. The rhythm of monthly sessions punctuated by quarterly depth creates a compounding arc that builds throughout the year.

The Inner Circle is one of four ways to work with Eugene. Each serves a different need:
The Immersion — three days. A concentrated, luxury experience for women ready for an immediate structural shift. Some Inner Circle members attend The Immersion as a catalyst alongside their year-long work.
The 90-Day Transformation — twelve weeks. A contained engagement with a specific arc and a defined outcome. Often the entry point for women who later join The Inner Circle.
Private Work — one-on-one. The deepest level. For leaders navigating transitions that require the most personalized, intensive support. Some Inner Circle members add private sessions for specific seasons.
The Inner Circle — twelve months. The sustained container. For women who want ongoing depth, the compounding effect of a year, and the irreplaceable field of a small group.
Many women move between these offerings over time. The Inner Circle is often where they stay the longest.
