You have built something successful, and you can sense there is more for you to create. Yet as you move toward it, certain things keep happening. You may recognize one of these:
1. You are successful at what you do, but doing more of the same no longer feels like the right direction.
2. A new opportunity comes, and you cannot tell whether it is right for you, because you do not trust your own judgment.
3. You say yes to a partnership with the wrong person, even though you knew it from the start.
4. You hit your financial goals, and then you feel like everything could fall apart and go back to zero.
5. You finally see your north star, and then you find a reason not to go for it, or it feels too big to even dream.
6. You have a team and people who support you, and you still feel like you are carrying it all alone.
These are experiences I pay attention to in my private work with founders and leaders. Often, the person has already revised the strategy, worked on their mindset, and understood a great deal about themselves. The same resistance keeps returning. Is it time to expand what you can have? I see it as an invitation to expand on the inside into what you want to create.
What you want next asks you to develop the capacity to receive it and live it.
By capacity, I mean how much possibility you can let into your experience. Can you consider the larger opportunity without immediately shrinking it? Can you receive support and let yourself be supported? Can you experience greater wealth without returning to the feeling that it could disappear? Not every opportunity is yours. The difference is being able to meet it without the same automatic no.
If the answer is not yet, nothing is wrong with you. The part of you that decides what you expect, rely on, and let yourself have was built when the stakes were smaller, and it did its job well. It has simply not been told that the size changed, and the six signs are how it tells you.
You can understand a possibility and still find it hard to experience it as something available to you, because capacity is not held in the mind. It is held in the body. The discomfort you feel at a bigger number, a bigger team, or a bigger decision is not automatically a no. Often it is the size registering, and the body can learn to hold it.
Then the growth looks different.
Once that shifts, I have watched my clients stop postponing the growth and go further without the resistance. They also report unexpected opportunities and synchronicities: an approach they did not initiate, a collaboration they had not anticipated, or information showing up at a useful moment. It works in that order. When you expand internal capacity, the people and the opportunities that fit the bigger version of you can show up, because they were waiting on the capacity, not on the plan. I keep witnessing financial and career opportunities coming to my clients who are doing this work around their capacity for wealth. I do not promise numbers, but I watch it happen over and over again.
If you recognized yourself in the six experiences above, consider this: what becomes possible if you develop the capacity to meet what you want next? You can begin by noticing where you pull back. What happens when you seriously consider the opportunity, the support, or the larger direction? What do you immediately stop yourself from letting in? When we can discern the fear-based thoughts that are trying to keep us safe, versus what is genuinely not our path to take and is a distraction, we can see which opportunities are worth paying attention to and work through the resistance.
In my private work, this is where I can expedite the changes for my clients. I lead you into a state where you are able to recode subconscious and energetic structures while remaining aware and actively involved.
I bring intuitive perception, and we engage directly with what emerges, including what has been occupying the space: old experiences, emotional weight, inherited beliefs, and the patterns that keep bringing you back to a familiar version of yourself. We release what keeps the pattern in place and immediately you can feel old reactions losing their hold and a possibility becoming accessible in a way it was not before.
In that deeper state you meet yourself beyond the roles and limits you have identified with, with insights you could not reach before, and we bring that into the decisions in front of you in your business and life.
If this speaks to where you are, I invite you to book a private conversation with me. Bring what you want next and what keeps recurring as you approach it. We will explore whether working together is the right next step.
